The video describes how to remove a broken shower arm from the wall using a no. 10 mill file. The file in the video was purchased from a local Lowe’s store. You simply place the tapered end into the piece stuck in the wall and tap it gently to wedge it in. Then use pliers to turn the file counterclockwise to remove the piece.
